In this role, you will be responsible for developing clear and concise user guides, online help systems, and other technical materials. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information, writing and editing content, and ensuring that all documentation meets company standards and user needs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, or a related field, along with strong writing and editing skills. Experience with technical documentation tools and a basic understanding of software development processes are also desirable.
