Information Security Analyst (Data Protection)
BrainRocket, a global software development company specializing in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, is seeking an Information Security Analyst (Data Protection) to join their team in Valencia, Spain. In this role, the Information Security Analyst will be responsible for implementing and managing data protection controls, monitoring internal systems for suspicious activity, and supporting security teams during internal investigations. The position also involves acting as a Business Analyst for internal data protection tool development, defining new use cases, and conducting functional testing for system updates.
Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of data protection principles, and the ability to translate business needs into technical tasks. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with IT system integrations are advantageous. Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or GDPR is also beneficial.
