CMBlu Energy AG is seeking an Inhouse Counsel (m/w/d) to join our dynamic legal team. As pioneers in organic battery technology, we are transitioning from a research-focused startup to a manufacturing scale-up, aiming for series production. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the legal framework supporting our innovative energy storage solutions.

The Inhouse Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, including supplier, cooperation, technology, and project agreements. Additionally, the role involves providing legal support on funding matters, such as investor contracts and shareholder issues, as well as advising on corporate governance and company law, with a focus on stock corporation law.

Candidates should possess a fully qualified law degree with both state examinations completed, ideally with honors. A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience as an attorney in an international law firm or as in-house counsel is required. Strong knowledge in contract and corporate law, along with an interest in funding and venture capital topics, is essential. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is also necessary.
