As an Inside Sales Associate at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our sales team, focusing on expanding our network of restaurant and retail partners in Sweden. Wolt is a technology company renowned for its food delivery platform, now offering a wide range of products from groceries to pet food across over 500 cities in 30 countries. In 2022, we joined forces with DoorDash to further our mission of making cities better places to live.

In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of restaurant and retail partners, proactively preventing churn by identifying risk signals and engaging partners early. Your responsibilities include negotiating commercial terms, selling and upselling promotions and advertising products, and running outbound sales and retention campaigns via phone, email, and digital tools. Additionally, you will educate partners on best practices to improve their visibility and sales on Wolt, using data to segment partners and tailor recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success. You are motivated by engaging with new people daily and thrive in a result-driven environment. A can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and fundamental commercial understanding are essential. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
