The Inside Sales Consultant at is a pivotal role within the Partner Success team, focusing on managing and nurturing relationships with regional partners to drive revenue and ensure the successful adoption of smart security solutions. This position offers an opportunity to join a leading technology company specializing in smart home and business security, where innovation sets us apart in the industry.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with partners, educating them on offerings to influence sales activity, and staying updated with new product features. The role also involves collaborating with the territory's Account Executive and Sales Operations team to identify target dealers and coordinate sales and support efforts. Additionally, attending industry association meetings and trade shows, as well as interfacing with various departments such as Dealer Operations & Support, Sales Support & Training, Product Management, and Marketing, are essential duties.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and preferably have at least one year of experience in a sales role. Experience with consistent outbound calls to existing and new partners, proficiency in sales automation products like and the ability to drive productive conversations are important. Comfort with public speaking, willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, and the ability to work onsite in Tysons Corner four days a week are also required.

The compensation for this role is $59,000 per year, plus commissions.
