Inside Sales Manager Retail (m/w/d)
Wolt is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Inside Sales Manager to expand its retail partner network across Germany. In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure—by engaging potential retail partners via telephone. Your efforts will directly influence Wolt's growth by identifying and onboarding new retail partners.
Key responsibilities include researching and identifying potential Wolt partners throughout Germany, conducting outbound cold calls to uncover new business opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline. You will establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, addressing their needs and presenting Wolt as the ideal solution. Achieving and surpassing sales targets through consistent partnership closures, tracking and reporting key performance indicators such as call volume, virtual meetings, and new partners acquired are also essential. Additionally, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new partners through meticulous documentation in our CRM system and collaborating closely with internal teams to optimize processes is required.
The ideal candidate possesses significant experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in cold calling and the ability to engage prospects effectively are crucial. Experience in retail or the service industry is advantageous. Ambition, goal orientation, and a positive "can-do" attitude are essential, along with excellent German language skills and strong negotiation abilities. This role requires in-office presence four days per week.
