Inside Sales Specialist
As an Inside Sales Specialist at Wolt, you will manage and convert inbound leads from potential restaurant and retail partners who have expressed interest in collaborating with Wolt. Your primary focus will be to quickly qualify opportunities, conduct efficient sales processes, and close deals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Your key responsibilities will include owning the full sales cycle for inbound opportunities, from qualifying and prioritizing leads to conducting remote sales meetings and occasional market visits. You will present Wolt's value proposition, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnerships efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed deals to onboarding and support the ongoing success of newly acquired partners.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or other customer-facing roles. You should be tech-savvy, curious, and a quick learner with a can-do attitude. Persistence and a natural 'hunter' mentality are essential, along with strong relationship-building skills and a structured approach to managing time and pipelines. Experience within the retail or Horeca industry is a plus, and fluency in Kazakh and Russian is required, with the ability to work in English being advantageous.
