About the Role:
As an Insight Professional you will be responsible for generating deep customer insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will lead end-to-end market research projects, combining both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
You will be working closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as product, marketing, CX, and business teams, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive customer-centric improvements. This role requires strong analytical thinking, curiosity about customer behavior, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You will be playing a key role in shaping research frameworks, designing questionnaires and discussion guides, analyzing multi-source data, and communicating insights through compelling storytelling and presentations. Your work will directly impact customer experience, product development, and business growth.
