Install Coordinator
As an Install Coordinator at Motive, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating hardware installations for our diverse clientele. Operating remotely from Pakistan, you will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring that installation projects are executed seamlessly and meet the highest standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the safety, productivity, and profitability of businesses across various industries.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include collaborating with Sales and Solutions Consultants to understand customer requirements, preparing installation quotes and timelines, and managing comprehensive documentation such as statements of work and project plans. You will assess the scope of work to select suitable subcontractors, serve as their main point of contact during the initial booking, and participate in customer calls to provide high-level information about installation assignments. Additionally, you will ensure a smooth transition to the Implementation Project Manager by sharing all necessary details for effective project management.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or a similar administrative role, preferably within the hardware installations, trucking, logistics, or fleet management sectors. Exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, and a basic understanding of telematics, hardware installation, and software deployment are essential. Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and a BA/BS degree in a related field are preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
