We are looking for an Insurance Legal Counsel to join our Corporate team and help us navigate complex regulatory and business challenges as we scale.

 

MISSIONS

Your work will be organized around four areas:

1. Regulatory watch & compliance

- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments applicable to Alan's insurance products and contracts (ACPR guidelines, health and disability insurance rules, insurance distribution regulations).

- Translate regulatory obligations into operational tools and processes.

- Contribute to responses to inspections and audits, and to compliance reporting to Alan's internal bodies and regulators.

- Support efforts to influence regulatory evolutions, in collaboration with public affairs teammates.
