Intake Specialist

The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for potential clients of a Personal Injury law firm. This role is responsible for handling incoming leads, qualifying cases, and converting prospects into signed clients while delivering an empathetic, professional, and client‑focused experience. This is a front‑end, client‑facing position with a strong sales and closing component. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing sensitive conversations and guiding injured clients through stressful situations with confidence and compassion.
Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls and leads from potential clients Conduct initial screening and qualification of Personal Injury cases Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent lead communication Clearly explain the legal process in a calm, compassionate, and professional manner Effectively close and sign cases for the firm Accurately document all client information in the firm’s CRM and practice management systems Follow established intake procedures, scripts, and workflows Coordinate closely with attorneys and internal intake teams Serve as Secondary Intake during weekday business hours Serve as Primary Intake during evenings, after‑hours, and weekends Language Requirements (Mandatory) Fluent Arabic (Egyptian dialect preferred) Fluent English (spoken and written) Work Schedule (Flexibility Required)
Final schedules are based on coverage needs. Flexibility is essential. Monday – Friday Secondary Intake: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) Primary Intake: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (EST) Weekends
Primary Intake: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST)
