Intellectual Property Senior Specialist

The Intellectual Property Senior Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the company's patent and trademark portfolios, conducting thorough IP analyses, and providing strategic guidance on IP matters. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing patent applications, coordinating with external counsel, and monitoring competitor activities to identify potential IP risks and opportunities.

Candidates should possess a strong background in intellectual property law, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification is required, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with international IP laws and regulations is highly desirable.
