Intern, Sales Operations
Pivot Energy is seeking an Intern for Sales Operations to support its Origination Team in evaluating and preparing early-stage development opportunities. This role is integral to the company's mission of accelerating the transition to renewable energy and contributing positively to local communities.
The intern will be responsible for conducting quality assurance and control of land agreements, assisting with lease recording, organizing project documentation, and managing inbound leads to maintain an organized origination pipeline. Additional duties include supporting project handoff coordination between teams, performing interconnection research, analyzing incentive programs, and researching zoning designations for project sites.
Candidates should be enrolled in or have recently graduated from a relevant degree program such as Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or Real Estate. A strong interest in sustainability and renewable energy policy is essential. The role requires attention to detail, basic research and analytical skills, and proficiency with standard business tools like Google Suite.
The position offers an hourly rate of $23.00 and includes benefits such as public transit reimbursement, paid time off for community volunteering, and professional development reimbursements.
