As an international Partner Manager for France, Spain and Benelux markets at SoSafe, you will act as an Account Manager for our Partners and drive strong, trust-based relationships through enablement, performance management and joint go-to-market activities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product to grow pipeline and revenue, activate partners, and turn strategic alliances into measurable business impact.

HERE'S HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

- Regional Market Development: Identify and onboard a premier portfolio of partners (Consultancies, Resellers, and System Houses) specifically aligned with our ICP in Southern Europe.

- Strategic Market Positioning: Drive regional awareness by positioning SoSafe as the modern human risk solution, focusing on our European roots and human-centric innovation.

- Operational Excellence & Velocity: Support new partners through their initial onboarding phase, aiming for high engagement and a seamless "Time to First Deal" and build a partner portfolio of high performing collaborators.

- GTM Collaboration: Act as a hands-on bridge between our partners and internal teams (SDRs, Marketing, Product and Sales). You will lead account mapping sessions and joint outreach to activate partner customer bases.

- Collaborative Enablement: Empower partners to build their own service and consulting arms around the SoSafe platform, ensuring long-term mutual profitability and customer success.
