Investigations Specialist (Remote)
The Investigations Specialist at ABC Legal Services is responsible for conducting thorough investigations to locate individuals and businesses for the purpose of service of process. Key responsibilities include utilizing various databases to locate subjects, reviewing and cross-referencing order details, and effectively communicating findings to both customers and co-workers. The specialist will also handle investigation-related phone calls and emails, as well as update and review procedural documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, along with at least six months of related experience. Preferred qualifications include experience in an office environment or customer-facing role. The role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with privileged information. Excellent interpersonal skills, openness to learning, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.
Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
