Role Description
As a Relationship Manager in our Invoice Finance team, your primary responsibility will be to manage, retain and grow our existing customer portfolio. This will include managing upsizing and renewals of existing customer facilities, as well as winning new customers by managing the end to end process from application to onboarding. You will need to have the right blend of commercial acumen, customer service and the ability to effectively manage SME credit risk to be successful in this role. We expect our Relationship Managers to be recognised as valued partners and experts in business finance by their clients and in the communities they serve.
Principal Accountabilities
- Relationship manage a portfolio of Invoice Finance SME customers, understanding customers’ needs and business aspirations, and looking for opportunities to support them via Kriya and Allica Bank services.
- Your primary objective will be to manage, retain and grow our existing portfolio of Invoice Finance customers, ensuring they receive a best-in-class service. This will include managing the upsizing and renewals of existing customer facilities as well as ensuring an appropriate level of ongoing monitoring, financial and covenant reporting and oversight of the portfolio to deliver our target credit performance.
- You will have the opportunity to originate SME lending opportunities for both existing and new customers from initial enquiry through to completion, including writing credit papers in line with our credit policy and appetite.
