Wolt is seeking a commercially driven and strategically strong Marketing Director to lead growth and market development in Israel. In this role, you will own the full marketing and growth agenda for Israel—shaping and executing integrated strategies that drive market penetration, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term brand strength. As the senior marketing leader in the country, you will partner closely with the Country General Manager, Consumer Business, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing investments are tightly aligned with commercial priorities and operational realities.

Key responsibilities include defining and leading the comprehensive growth strategy for Israel across marketing and consumer business initiatives, translating company-wide growth priorities into locally relevant plans tailored to Israel’s market dynamics, and acting as the strategic marketing counterpart to the Country General Manager and local leadership team. You will oversee all marketing efforts in Israel, ensuring inclusion of Wolt+, New Verticals, and other relevant business lines in planning and execution. Additionally, you will own and manage the country growth budget with clear accountability for ROI and financial outcomes, allocating resources strategically across channels and initiatives based on impact and incrementality.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within high-growth or competitive markets. A proven track record of delivering measurable customer and revenue growth at the country level is essential. Strong financial acumen with experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets is required, along with experience working closely with country-level leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical capabilities combined with strategic thinking, and the ability to balance hands-on execution with long-term strategic planning, are also important.
