IT Controls and Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Lee Enterprises is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Controls & Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, internal controls, and regulatory governance, supporting key compliance programs including SOX IT General Controls (ITGC), PCI-DSS, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF) alignment.

The Analyst will partner with IT, Cybersecurity, Internal Audit, and other business units to assess and enhance the effectiveness of IT controls, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing control frameworks, and monitoring compliance activities to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of IT control frameworks and regulatory requirements, along with experience in auditing or compliance roles. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively are essential for success in this position.
