IT Engineer

ROLLER is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy IT Engineer to join our Sydney office. This role is integral to supporting our growing team and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems.

The IT Engineer will serve as the first point of contact for employees requiring technical support, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include responding to service desk tickets, managing hardware and software procurement and deployment, and maintaining the IT asset register. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with infrastructure engineers to lead system federation and automation projects, as well as managing tools like Entra ID, Google Workspace, and the Atlassian Suite.

Candidates should possess a strong background in IT support, with experience in troubleshooting technical issues and managing IT assets. Proficiency in system administration, particularly with tools such as Entra ID and Google Workspace, is essential. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also key qualifications for this role.
