IT Manager

In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence by ensuring our internal technology reliably supports how we work today and how we’ll scale tomorrow.
You’ll blend strategic ownership with hands-on leadership, covering IT operations, internal tooling, security fundamentals, and employee-facing support. We value innovation and are seeking someone eager to bring fresh ideas—especially around automating and streamlining workflows to keep Rossum productive and secure.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be a critical contributor to our functional efforts, managing day-to-day operations while identifying strategic improvements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support and results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the IT Operations strategy, ensuring our internal systems are reliable, secure, and ready to scale.
- Leading and developing the IT Operations team, setting clear priorities and mentoring team members.
- Managing the full lifecycle of IT, from internal support and device management to vendor licenses and budgets.
- Partnering with Security, Legal, and Compliance on audits (like ISO 27001 or SOC 2) and risk mitigation.
- Using data and feedback to continuously improve IT reliability and the overall employee experience.
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for a pragmatic, service-oriented leader who brings:
- Extensive experience in IT Operations or Management, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- A balance of hands-on execution and strategic thinking, with a proven track record of managing complex IT projects.
- Deep technical knowledge of SaaS tooling, access control, and device management for distributed or hybrid teams.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
