IT Operations Support - Mexico (Entry-level position)

Fictiv is seeking an IT Operations Support professional for their Monterrey, Mexico office. This entry-level role is integral to the Information Technology Operations (IT Operations) team, which provides essential support for all technology systems. The team is responsible for tasks such as setting up new IT networks (LAN/WAN/VPC/VPN), configuring and deploying desktop hardware, managing desktop software, controlling access, conducting security training, and offering help desk support. IT Operations collaborates closely with the Cloud Infrastructure Operations team to ensure secure access to systems for all employees.
