IT Support Engineer
The IT Support Engineer at Motive is a key member of the IT team, responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support across various operating systems and applications. Key responsibilities include providing end-to-end support for macOS, Windows, and Linux systems, encompassing OS deployment, upgrades, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting. The engineer will manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment using platforms like Microsoft Intune. Additionally, the role involves supporting enterprise SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta, Salesforce, and Slack, as well as maintaining accurate inventory and lifecycle management for IT and non-IT assets.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with 1–3 years of IT support and procurement experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong technical expertise across macOS, Windows, and Linux is essential, as is hands-on experience with MDM solutions like Kandji or Microsoft Intune. Proficiency in IT service management tools such as Jira Service Management, practical experience supporting enterprise systems, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals are also required. Familiarity with AI and automation trends in IT support is considered advantageous.
