IT Support Technician (East Coast Hours)

Tyson & Mendes LLP is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide remote assistance to firm employees across the nation. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and delivering solutions for various locations and platforms, including remote area networks, internet, and EDI communications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computer software and hardware, internet applications, networks, Microsoft 365, and Windows operating systems, along with excellent troubleshooting skills, a sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
