Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 60 law firm, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the operational aspects of its Marketing Department. This role involves aligning marketing strategies, personnel, processes, and technology to enhance performance, efficiency, and internal client service across the firm. The position is available in multiple locations, including Charlotte, Columbia, Charleston, Raleigh, Atlanta, and Greenville.

The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee departmental operations to ensure integration across all marketing functions, such as digital marketing, communications, client relations, business development, events, and proposals. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, managing cross-functional marketing projects, tracking budgets and timelines, and implementing corrective actions as needed. The role also focuses on driving continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and enhance the internal client experience.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least eight years of relevant experience, including a minimum of three years in people management. Prior experience in a law firm is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in AI strategy and workflow automation, experience in budget oversight and vendor management, and exceptional project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern project management tools is essential.
