Junior In-House Counsel

As a Junior In-House Counsel at Mochi Health, you will join our legal team during a pivotal growth phase, collaborating closely with operations and marketing teams. Mochi Health is an AI-driven healthcare marketplace dedicated to connecting patients with appropriate providers, transparent pharmacy pricing, and affordable medications. This role offers exposure to strategic and commercial decisions that shape the company's future.

Your primary responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating internal commercial agreements, such as pharmacy partner contracts and influencer marketing agreements. You will ensure that marketing campaigns and content across various channels comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and FTC guidelines. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to provide timely legal guidance and assist in responding to consumer privacy rights requests.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. With 0–2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare law or marketing compliance, you should possess strong contract negotiation skills and the ability to communicate legal concepts effectively. Adaptability and proactive problem-solving are essential in our fast-paced environment.
