Junior Insights Analyst (Mensch)
As a Junior Insights Analyst at WPP Media, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients and media consultants within our network, focusing on providing quantitative insights. WPP Media is an AI-driven media operating unit that integrates media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing quantitative insight projects from initial briefing through study design, data analysis, and presenting results to clients. You will conduct in-depth data analyses to generate actionable insights, prepare visual presentations, and develop tailored recommendations to guide client strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to data generation and preparation for our technology-based campaign processes and participate in the development of innovative solutions and methods to drive marketing and media transformation in the AI era.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in social sciences, media, economics, psychology, or statistics, or has completed relevant training in the media, advertising, or market research sectors. While prior experience in quantitative market or media research is advantageous, motivated entry-level professionals are also encouraged to apply. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and statistical software such as SPSS or R, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English are essential. A proactive, curious, and team-oriented mindset is highly valued.
