The Role - Your Passion
- Execute end-to-end customer invoicing and ensure all required attachments are included.
- Validate case data and confirm all mandatory documents are present and correctly labeled.
- Explain invoices and payment options to customers using clear, empathetic language.
- Manage customer questions, short-pays, and objections; escalate to specialists when needed.
- Adhere to SLA deadlines and ensure the accuracy of all billing line items.
- Track receivables, manage the dunning process, and coordinate with Finance on allocations.
- Compile factual timelines and document sets for non-legal dispute preparation.
- Maintain clean, well-indexed, and audit-proof case files.
- Use and maintain response macros and checklists to ensure consistent communication quality.
