As a Junior Labour Lawyer, you will be an integral part of the Litigation Labour Team, responsible for managing inspections, labour trials, and contentious administrative proceedings. Your daily tasks will include providing legal consultation on labour-related matters, particularly concerning couriers and the company's business model, collaborating with external law firms, handling substantial data and information, and reviewing various legal documents such as agreements, policies, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in labour law, with additional knowledge in other legal areas considered advantageous. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, and familiarity with other languages is a plus. A strong interest in start-ups and new technologies, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, is essential. The role demands a proactive problem solver who can multitask, manage competing priorities, and translate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
