Inbank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to join our team in Vilnius for a one-year fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent law graduates or individuals early in their legal careers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment. As a key member of our legal team, you will serve as the primary legal liaison for our Customer Care team, assisting them with standard legal inquiries and playing a significant role in our contract migration project.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include providing practical legal guidance to the Customer Support team on recurring matters such as debt collection, inheritance, and bankruptcy. You will review powers of attorney and inheritance documents from third parties, drafting accurate and legally sound responses and certificates. Additionally, you will prepare and submit standardized procedural documents to the court system and assist in migrating active third-party agreements into our new automated contract management system by reviewing and organizing existing legal records. Ensuring that customer communications regarding legal matters remain accurate and up-to-date will also be a key aspect of your role.

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Law, which is essential for accessing and submitting documents to the court system. Fluency in both Lithuanian and English is required, along with the ability to read legal acts, interpret them, and explain complex information in simple terms to non-legal colleagues. Strong written communication skills with a focus on precision and professional legal style are essential. A proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility for your tasks, even when working under a hybrid model, will contribute to your success in this role.

At Inbank, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and performance, ranging from €2,100 to €2,700 gross per month. Our hybrid working model supports flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. Additional benefits include extra vacation days after your third year with us, comprehensive health insurance or access to the Stebby wellness platform, a dedicated learning and development budget, and a modern, pet-friendly office in Vilnius designed for comfort, collaboration, and productivity.

Joining Inbank means becoming part of an inspiring work environment that values creativity, collaboration, and impact. We invest in your professional development and support your career advancement, offering growth opportunities within the company. Our team events and company-wide initiatives foster a sense of fun and connection among colleagues. If you are looking to build a rewarding career in a forward-thinking financial technology company, we encourage you to apply.
