Junior Legal Counsel

WPP is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join its legal team in Istanbul, supporting a diverse portfolio of creative, production, and media agencies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Junior Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, talent/influencer contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and standard client service agreements. Additionally, the role involves managing the full contract lifecycle, assisting with litigation tracking, supporting data privacy compliance processes, and maintaining legal templates.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer registered with a Turkish Bar Association, with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law. A strong foundational knowledge of Turkish Contract Law, interest in intellectual property and advertising law, and excellent teamwork skills are essential. Fluency in both Turkish and English is required.
