Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in analytical testing services, is seeking a Junior Legal Specialist to join their Legal team at the Vimodrone (MI) office in Italy. The company offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to split their time between the office and remote work.

In this role, the Junior Legal Specialist will be responsible for preparing corporate documentation, including drafting powers of attorney, board meeting minutes, and managing corporate books for Italian subsidiaries. They will coordinate with external law firms for related filing procedures and handle insurance claims in collaboration with the Group's broker. Additional duties include supporting Italian subsidiaries with basic contractual matters and assisting operational divisions with daily legal and compliance issues. The position also involves managing relationships with the Group's Legal Department and other relevant functions, updating and maintaining the Group's legal and corporate databases, and preparing authorization requests in accordance with applicable policies.

Candidates should possess a Law degree and demonstrate problem-solving abilities, initiative, and proactivity. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. A minimum of three years of experience in similar roles within corporate environments or law firms is preferred.

The compensation package includes a salary range of €28,000 to €34,000 per year, along with benefits such as €8 meal vouchers for each working day, including remote workdays, through a partnership with Edenred.
