As a Junior Project & Content Manager (m/w/d) at WPP Media in Vienna, Austria, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of content and marketing projects. Collaborating closely with the team, you will contribute to creative campaigns, manage projects, and gain valuable experience in the media and content industry.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of content and marketing concepts for clients, participating in the planning and coordination of audio, graphic, video, event, and media projects, and building and maintaining relationships with media agencies, clients, third-party providers, and internal teams. Additionally, you will support PR, communication, and social media activities, and contribute to the creation of innovative content formats and the enhancement of projects and services.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience in content, social media, marketing, or media, a structured approach to project management, and a keen interest in digital trends and creativity. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, along with an interest in digital and AI-driven tools, is essential. Strong German and good English language skills, coupled with an open and communicative personality, are also required. A team-oriented spirit, initiative, motivation, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
We offer a gross annual salary starting at €42,000 (based on a 38.5-hour workweek), with a willingness to overpay based on qualifications and experience.
