K-12 Education Account Manager - DOET Partnerships, Vietnam (12-Month Contract)

Canva is seeking a K-12 Education Account Manager for a 12-month contract based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role involves collaborating with the Ministry of Education and Training, Provincial Departments of Education and Training, and other educational stakeholders to promote the adoption of Canva's tools in Vietnamese schools. The position offers flexibility with remote work options, though some travel may be required.

In this role, you will manage the entire school system engagement lifecycle, including strategy development, prospecting, onboarding, and ongoing adoption. Building and maintaining relationships with Vietnamese education stakeholders such as school administrators, IT teams, and curriculum leaders is essential for seamless integration of Canva's platform. You will also serve as an ambassador for Canva Education, guiding educators in effectively utilizing the platform for curriculum design, student collaboration, and professional development. Analyzing adoption metrics and usage trends will help identify new engagement strategies and optimize the customer experience. Additionally, representing Canva at education events, conferences, and workshops will be part of your responsibilities.

Ideal candidates should have existing relationships with Provincial or City Departments of Education and Training (DOETs), public-school systems, government education stakeholders, or K–12 EdTech networks in Vietnam. Experience in securing access to and building credibility with education-system leaders and decision-makers is crucial. A strong understanding of the Vietnamese public-school system, including its operations, stakeholders, and implementation processes, is required. Experience in K–12 EdTech, education technology implementation, education partnerships, or government/public education environments is also preferred.
