Key Account Manager, Enterprises
As a Key Account Manager at Wolt, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of enterprise restaurant partners, playing a central role in driving both growth and profitability. You will work strategically to develop long-term plans for each partner while managing day-to-day operations to ensure effective collaboration and mutual success.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing growth strategies for your partners, managing overall portfolio performance to meet commercial KPIs such as revenue and product adoption, and upselling and implementing new products and services like Wolt+, Ads, WfW, and Wolt Drive. Additionally, you will renegotiate and expand commercial agreements, host business reviews and events, use data and market insights to identify new opportunities, collaborate across teams to solve challenges, and prepare analyses and presentations for key discussions.
The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of professional experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience), and proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success with large partners. Strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a self-starter attitude, and fluency in Norwegian and English are essential.
