Key Account Manager
Wellhub is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their Client Success team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. This role is integral to the B2B team, focusing on managing a key portfolio of clients and driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renegotiations. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining in-person client visits with remote work.
In this role, the Key Account Manager will develop tailored sales plans for each assigned client, identifying product opportunities and strategic approaches to enhance client relationships. Responsibilities include ensuring contract renewals, managing expansions, and leading annual contract renegotiations. The manager will collaborate with clients' HR departments and decision-makers, facilitating connections between their C-level executives and Wellhub's leadership to deepen engagement. Utilizing data and market analysis, the manager will identify risks and opportunities, supporting negotiations and retention strategies. Additionally, providing product feedback to the product management team is a key aspect of the role.
Candidates should have prior experience in client-facing roles, particularly managing large and complex Enterprise client relationships, with a proven track record in cross-selling and upselling within existing portfolios. Strong analytical skills are essential for data-driven decision-making and strategy development. Effective communication skills are required to engage with senior stakeholders, including Directors and C-level executives. The ability to identify root causes and solve problems creatively and efficiently is crucial. Candidates must be capable of operating independently, managing multiple clients and projects concurrently, and have a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
