Key Account Manager
Wolt is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Birkirkara, Malta. As a rapidly growing company operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, Wolt is expanding its services beyond restaurant delivery to encompass a wide range of products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering convenience and joy to customers worldwide.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of key restaurant partners, including both strategically important independent eateries and larger chains. Your day-to-day activities will involve closing deals with new partners, driving the adoption of Wolt's products and services, and supporting partners in their daily operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan campaigns, solve challenges, and create value for our partners.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in account management or sales, particularly with key accounts or complex portfolios. Strong strategic commercial thinking and advanced analytical skills are essential, as is proficiency with BI tools such as Looker and Excel. A proven ownership mindset, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and fluency in both Maltese and English are also required.
