KYC Team Lead - EDD/ODD

N26 Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead for their Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) teams, focusing on the French and Italian markets. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong compliance expertise who is passionate about developing people, optimizing processes, and ensuring regulatory excellence. The Team Lead will play a key role in strengthening N26's Know Your Customer (KYC) framework, driving operational performance, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across both markets.
