Land Development Project Manager II
Benesch is seeking a Civil Site Project Manager II to join their team in Raleigh, NC. This role focuses on land development design and engineering, involving both private and public projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of professionals to design, permit, and manage site development projects, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing infrastructure and communities nationwide.
The Project Manager will oversee site development projects across North Carolina, managing client relationships, creating and executing project work plans, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, contributing to strategic growth initiatives, representing Benesch at industry events, and collaborating on regional growth strategies.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and be a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina. A minimum of 12 years of design experience is required, with experience on NCDOT projects considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have a seller/doer mentality, a proven track record of adhering to design budgets and schedules, and excellent communication and client relation skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and stormwater modeling software is also required.
