Law Clerk / Paralegal
Teramind is seeking a highly organized and proactive Law Clerk or Paralegal to support its General Counsel in managing a high volume of enterprise contracts, vendor agreements, compliance requirements, and commercial negotiations across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the General Counsel in a fast-paced, global environment, contributing to the company's rapid growth and success.
Key responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor contracts, and SaaS subscription agreements. The role also involves managing the contract pipeline by tracking statuses, deadlines, and follow-ups, conducting initial reviews of incoming contracts, maintaining the contract repository, coordinating with outside counsel, supporting responses to regulatory requests, assisting with employment-related documentation, conducting legal research, educating internal stakeholders on contract standards, updating legal playbooks and templates, and managing legal holds and related documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess a paralegal certificate, law degree, or J.D. (non-practicing or pre-bar), along with 2–5 years of experience in a legal, law firm, or in-house corporate legal environment. A strong working knowledge of commercial contract structures and common SaaS agreement terms is essential. Experience in reviewing, redlining, and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements is required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency with contract management tools and document management systems are also necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience supporting a General Counsel or senior attorney in a tech or SaaS company, exposure to data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, familiarity with cross-border commercial agreements, experience with e-signature platforms and CLM tools, and a background in cybersecurity, DLP, or workforce analytics industries.
