Candidates should have over five years of experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of accounting processes such as controllership, accounts payable, tax, and financial closing. A deep passion for automation and AI, along with a proactive approach to learning new tools and systems, is essential. Hands-on experience with AI agents, large language model-based workflows, and financial automation tooling is preferred. The ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, setting direction and leading through influence, is crucial.
