ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Lead Commercial Counsel to serve as a trusted, pragmatic partner on all types of transactions across the company. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will be the legal architect for our commercial engine and a primary strategic partner across the company’s growth initiatives. While your initial focus will be mastering our commercial workflows, this is a foundational role designed for a practitioner who can seamlessly pivot into areas (depending on your experience and interest) such as corporate governance, product counseling, and regulatory strategy as Solace scales.
