The Lead Designer will work closely with brand and design teams to refine visual language that represents the brand's personality while maintaining usability and accessibility. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining frameworks, including design tokens, Figma libraries, and documentation, to scale the brand across various products and platforms.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in design systems, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating and maintaining design systems that align with brand identity. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is essential. Strong communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership. Experience in leading design teams and managing design system projects is highly desirable.
