Lead Paralegal

Hall & Evans, LLC, a distinguished defense law firm established in 1932, is seeking a Lead Paralegal to join their Downtown Denver office. This role involves partnering with the Litigation Manager to oversee the Paralegal team's operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to firm standards. The Lead Paralegal will play a pivotal role in maintaining the firm's commitment to excellence in legal services.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the productivity of the Paralegal team, providing support and guidance on daily tasks, and facilitating training and development initiatives. The Lead Paralegal will also ensure that all team activities meet assigned requirements and deadlines, supporting various practice areas as needed. Additionally, the role carries an annual billable hours requirement of 810 hours.

Candidates should possess substantial experience in a paralegal capacity, with demonstrated leadership abilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal procedures are essential. The ability to effectively manage a team and communicate across multiple departments is also required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 per year. After successfully completing the training period, a hybrid working schedule is available, allowing for three days in-office and two days remote per week.
