Lead Product Designer (Crypto Exchange)

As a Lead Product Designer at Hyphen Connect, you will lead and implement comprehensive design initiatives for medium to large-scale projects within our decentralized exchange platform. Our company focuses on merging the best features of centralized and decentralized exchanges to provide a safe, simple, and scalable trading environment. We distinguish ourselves by offering institutional-level systems and support while maintaining an on-chain and decentralized structure.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting pixel-perfect designs optimized for multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, web, and mobile web. Your duties will include developing and maintaining reusable design templates aligned with our Design Language System (DLS), creating detailed specifications to guide product implementation, and ensuring all design assets adhere to brand standards. Collaboration with engineering, product, QA, and research teams will be essential to maintain design consistency and enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing complex, cross-platform projects. A strong focus on detail and a passion for achieving pixel-perfect design are crucial. Proficiency in Figma, including components, shared libraries, and branching functionalities, is required. Experience in managing stakeholders and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be highly self-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
