Lead Product Designer (Crypto Exchange)

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their team focused on developing a decentralized exchange that combines the advantages of centralized and decentralized platforms. The company aims to provide a secure, user-friendly, and scalable trading environment, offering institutional-level systems and support while maintaining an on-chain and decentralized structure.

In this role, the Lead Product Designer will oversee and execute comprehensive design initiatives for medium to large-scale projects. Responsibilities include creating precise, platform-optimized designs for iOS, Android, web, and mobile web applications. The designer will also develop and maintain reusable design templates aligned with the company's Design Language System (DLS), ensuring visual consistency and accessibility across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in product design, with at least three years in a leadership role managing complex, cross-platform projects. A strong attention to detail and a passion for achieving pixel-perfect designs are essential. Proficiency in Figma, including components, shared libraries, and branching functionalities, is required. Experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating effectively with engineering, product, and QA teams is also necessary.
