THE ROLE:

As a Lead Product Designer, you will be a primary architect of the user experience for our flagship consumer mobile product. You are an expert practitioner who thrives at the intersection of human behavior, business strategy, and high-fidelity execution. You will ensure that every design decision at DailyPay is grounded in a deep understanding of our users' needs and the "so what" behind our product strategy.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a designer who can navigate a complex mobile-first ecosystem and build intuitive experiences for a diverse range of users. Based in our New York City office, this hybrid position blends remote focus with high-energy, on-site collaboration, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our UX, Research, and Product teams to solve the future of earned wage access.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

- Design Excellence & Craft: Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for consumer mobile features—from foundational discovery and wire-framing to pixel-perfect, developer-ready delivery across iOS and Android.

- Squad Design Leadership: Act as the design authority within your product squad. You will be a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, aligning design initiatives with our 12-to-24-month vision and business goals.
