Lead Product Marketing Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an exceptional Lead Product Marketing Manager to join Definely at an exciting stage of growth. This is a newly created role and an opportunity to define how product marketing works at Definely as we scale in the US and internationally.
As our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your role is to deeply understand our users, uncover what truly differentiates Definely, and connect the two through compelling positioning, messaging, campaigns, and launches that drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue.
You will own product marketing end to end, from insight and strategy through to execution and measurement. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with significant influence across the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead product launches with full go to market plans, including positioning, messaging, channel strategy, sales enablement, and measurement
- Build and own Definely’s messaging and positioning framework as we evolve from a law firm focused product to one serving both law firms and corporate legal teams
- Develop differentiated positioning for the US market while supporting international growth
- Partner closely with Product to identify what truly differentiates Definely and influence roadmap priorities through market and customer insight
- Run customer research, win and loss analysis, and market studies to continuously sharpen our understanding of users and buyers
- Create sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and battle cards that support complex enterprise sales cycles
- Build campaigns in collaboration with our brand, growth, and creative teams that bring product value clearly to life
- Own product marketing metrics, including launch impact, message effectiveness, and sales adoption
