Lead Solutions Engineer
Webflow is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to join their remote-first team, dedicated to empowering users to design, launch, and optimize websites without barriers. This role is integral to the Solutions Engineering team, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure mutual, long-term success. The Lead Solutions Engineer will be instrumental in understanding customer objectives and technical requirements, architecting innovative solutions, and influencing product direction.
In this role, the Lead Solutions Engineer will partner with 2-3 Account Executives to support multiple active customer opportunities within the Enterprise segment. Responsibilities include guiding customers through the evaluation process, conducting deep discovery sessions, solution design, technical validation, and business case development. The role also involves presenting demonstrations that highlight the benefits of Webflow, leading hands-on workshops and trials, and representing the customer voice to influence product direction.
Candidates should have over six years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, preferably in the web development space, with a strong understanding of APIs and web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A consultative approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping customers are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to creatively problem-solve, and experience working autonomously are also important.
Compensation for this role varies based on geographic location. In the United States, base salaries range from $182,000 to $245,000, depending on the cost of labor in the specific area.
