Lead Store Associate

In this position, you will lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels valued. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members to deliver exceptional service, driving consultative selling on the floor, and fostering a culture of loyalty by guiding the team to enroll guests in our rewards program. You will also execute opening and closing duties, verify customer IDs, ensure inventory integrity, and uphold compliance with standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and state regulations.
To be considered for this role, candidates must be 21 years of age or older and possess a High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment, along with 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling, is required. Additionally, at least 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment and hands-on experience in retail store operations, including executing opening and closing procedures and reconciling cash drawers, are essential.
Compensation for this full-time position includes an hourly pay rate of $19.70, plus tips. The candidate must have open availability on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
