Leasing Consultant

Holland & Hart is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. As a leading law firm with a strong presence in the real estate sector, we provide comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele. The Leasing Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' leasing transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

In this role, the Leasing Consultant will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements, conducting due diligence on properties, and advising clients on leasing strategies. The position involves close collaboration with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth leasing processes and address any legal issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on leasing. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with real estate laws and regulations are also required.
